About Shwetha
Shwetha is a certified Hatha yoga (RYT200) instructor from the prestigious Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center.
She started her yoga journey at a very young age of 12 in India where she lived for 25 years. Her love for yoga began, as she started imitating her parents while they were practicing yoga.
Yoga helped her bring balance to her stressed Architecture work life! She took up her yoga training to help spread it's immense goodness which she experienced, to people around her as well!
Her style of teaching focuses on adaption of asanas to make yoga accessible for each one! She believes yoga is for everyone.

Sivananda is a holistic sequence of pranayama & asana practice. It includes a little of everything: inversions, backbends, forward bends, twists, balances, and hamstring stretches and a long nice Shavasana 😃
Hatha Yoga

The sequence is practiced by holding the poses longer, giving importance to breathing and alignment.
Classes are are slow yet make you break a sweat! making it prefect for practitioners of any level.

The class is perfect for anyone looking to take it slow and gentle! The sequence is specially designed with lot of adaptation, hence perfect for people who are recovering from injuries or physical ailment.
